  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery timelines are 2–5 business days for domestic orders.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons, sales periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Veranova may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Customers can use this tracking number to monitor delivery status in real time.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make at least two delivery attempts.
  • If the order is not received after these attempts, it may be returned to Veranova. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Veranova is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible locations.
  • Customers must ensure availability to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

8. International Shipping

  • International shipping may be available upon request.
  • Delivery timelines, shipping fees, and customs duties (if any) will vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • While we work with reliable courier services, Veranova is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external factors.
  • In case of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
