1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

Returns must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Earrings (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
- Customized or engraved jewelry
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for the same item or another product of equal value, subject to availability.
- If the new item has a higher value, the customer will pay the difference.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Order Cancellations
