Veranova – Return & Refund Policy

At Veranova, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging intact.
  • Returns must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
  • Customized or engraved jewelry
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same item or another product of equal value, subject to availability.
  • If the new item has a higher value, the customer will pay the difference.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Veranova is not responsible for lost returns.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
